Is the cloud result better than the free tool?
No, it is the same AI model, so the picture looks the same. You pay for speed, longer clips, batches and 4K, and for not tying up your own computer.
What happens to my videos in the cloud?
They are uploaded to our storage and upscaled on our GPUs. Your upload is deleted as soon as it is processed. The result stays downloadable for 7 days with Single and Starter, 14 with Plus and 30 with Pro (3 days on the free trial), then it is deleted. We never use your videos to train models.
Can I try the cloud before paying?
Yes. Every new account gets 30 free credits, enough for a 30 second clip, so you can see the speed for yourself.
How do credits work?
One credit covers one second of finished video up to 1080p; 4K uses three credits per second. You see the count before you start, and credits never expire.
What if a video fails?
Its credits go back to your balance automatically. If a file is too long for your plan or can not be read, we tell you before any credits are used.
How many videos can I upscale at once?
Single video runs one at a time. Starter runs 2 at once, Plus 4 and Pro 8. You can upload up to 10, 50 or 200 files in one go; the rest wait in a queue.
Does cloud processing fix motion blur?
No. It uses the same model as the free tool, which sharpens low resolution and slightly soft footage. Motion blur stays.
