Refund window

If ToHD does not work for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of a payment and we will refund that payment in full.

How to ask for a refund

Write to hello@tohd.video within 14 days of buying. If you have not used any credits from the pack, we refund it in full and the credits are removed. Credits already used are not refunded, except when a job failed on our side.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time; it stays active until the end of the period you paid for and does not renew.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not limit any refund or cancellation rights you have under the consumer law of the country where you live.
