Frequently asked questions
The upscaled video plays but the time estimate was wrong.
The estimate before the preview assumes a fast Mac. Run the 3 second preview first: it measures your own computer, and the time shown afterwards is yours.
The free tool says my browser can't run AI enhance.
AI enhance needs WebGPU. Use a recent Chrome or Edge on a computer. On phones and older computers, Fast mode still works, or use cloud processing.
A cloud job failed. Did I lose credits?
No. Credits for a failed job go back to your balance automatically. If something still looks wrong, write to us with the file name and the time you started it.
How do I get a refund?
Unused packs can be refunded in full within 14 days. See the refund policy for the details.
